To Secure a reservation a refundable 20% deposit is required at time of booking. 

Reservations become non-refundable 30 days before arrival date.

The final balance is required 30 days before arrival.

The payment terms are final however the owner reserves the right to apply discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Any transaction fees incurred when issuing refunds will be borne by the person being refunded.
